The layout includes a large reception area, 2 vast spaces (22 feet by 62 feet and 22 feet by 45 feet), wood burning fireplace, 2 spacious rooms with baths en suite, chef’s kitchen, powder room, and terrace. The carriage house has been used as a residence, art gallery, event space, and for Woody Allen’s film, "Whatever Works".
